Our meet and treat system gives Abi the time to get to know you and your dog before their first groom. It is an opportunity to chat, ask questions, understand your dog's individual needs and to allow them to become familiar with their new surroundings - al without the pressure of going straight into a groom.

How do I book an appointment?
The quickest way to book an appointment is via our New Client Enquiry Form. If you are unable to fill this in, please call Abi directly or pop in to see us!
What if my dog is nervous?
More often than not, dogs are nervous for grooming. Our philosophy is to understand that these nerves are normal.
How often should I groom?
Most dogs benefit from a grooming session every 4 to 6 weeks. However, this can vary depending on breed, coat type, and lifestyle.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours, a 100% charge of the missed appointment will be applied.
Do you groom puppies?
Yes, puppies are encouraged to come 2 weeks after their last puppy vaccinations. All puppy appointments are tailored to the individual.
